Brian started FGI in the summer of 2019. He wanted to start an organization that could be a vehicle that can be used to guide young African American males in their college and initial professional lives. Combining mentorship, networking, and athletics, three areas that helped him achieve numerous career goals. Brian has close to 20 years work experience where he has worked in the credit card industry as a Marketing Operations Analyst, served as a Management Consultant for top-tier consulting agencies mainly working on system implementations, business process re-engineering, and change management.
Most recently Brian serves as the Director of the Hopkins Program Management Group, where he specializes in leading organizations through business transformation initiatives, project management, and the implementation of technology projects. Brian is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross with a BS in Mathematics and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Brian resides in New York City, and is a father of two sons and a daughter.
