Navigating the world today as a young African American male student can be daunting and challenging. Low expectations and lack of mentorship can put young black male students at an immediate disadvantage. Foundation Growth Initiative aspires to provide the necessary tools to help offset these barriers for students. FGI uses mentorship and networking to assist young students in tackling their high school, college, and initial professional experiences.
