The success of Foundation Growth Initiative is contingent on having involved and dedicated Mentors.
Mentors assist FGI Mentees in creating a path for their future. Using their own lessons learned to assist FGI Mentees in creating their own path for their journey to success.
Mentors help provide a playbook for FGI Mentees that they can use to help navigate their high school, college, and professional experiences.
Mentors are required to have at minimum two communications with their Mentee per month (phone call, text, email, or personal visit constitute a ‘contact’).
